BLUE MOUNTAIN POTTERY TULIP BOWL OR PLANTER VASE
This is an elegant and functional vintage bowl made in Canada by Blue Mountain Pottery (BMP) in the 1970s based on the logo research but I am no expert in pottery.
The bowl is somewhat oval shape and measures approximately: Lenght: 10 5/8 inches Width: 4 1/2 inches Height: 2 1/2 inches The middle scalloped edge and unusual shape is known as their "tulip" pattern.
This vintage piece has such gorgeous coloring. Feels like a tiny flea bite on edge but seems smooth like it occurred during production as smooth, not really rough but disclose it to be honest with the buyer. I couldn't get it to show in the photos as not really noticeable.
Condition is pre-owned and is in very good condition with only slight imperfections during making of the piece during glazing process.
There are numerous uses for such a lovely, functional bowl from serving to display; however, you use it, it will add a beautiful accent to your home decor.
MARKINGS:  It is marked on the bottom with the unique cursive trademark BMP and Canada.
