OK, seller admits he is "not sure what this tool is," exactly.  And he adds, "this is one of those instances where the internet is not of much help." It is obviously a
Versa Wrench TM adjustable wrench "21 wrenches in 1" wrench,
and he believes an early model, perhaps made or sold by Hytorc of Texas?? Speculation aside,
wrench is NOT marked as to manufacturer or country of origin, and seller does NOT know.
Tool measures
7 1/2 inches long
and adjusts to or fits to 10-25.5 mm metric measure, 3/8" to 1" by SAE measurement. A couple of very small nicks may be seen on the hard plastic handle grip, but, those aside, the tool is as new, with bright chrome, smooth mechanical action, and clean, sharp jaws. This wrench lies somewhere between novelty tool, ingenious implement, and utterly fabulous item, so should delight and gratify the tool person who has everything else!
