Offered for sale is this antique Royal Bayreuth porcelain Art Nouveau Lady figural chamberstick or candle holder, a hard to find form in this series
.
Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.
The chamberstick is just under 6.75 inches tall.
It is in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no repairs
. There is some minor wear to the glaze in the well at the bottom, presumably where spent matches were placed. There are a few typical little manufacturing flaws - glaze skips and tiny flat spots - it was made like this. Please see the close up pictures.
Royal Bayreuth mark on the bottom as shown.
