The item available here is a new Parker pneumatic lubricator.  It comes as shown with light shelf wear and one small dinger near the bottom that will not affect performance at all

This item has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered.
