    Manual in the picture is not included!   Someone purchased these from me and tried to use them without programming and didn't like the way they sounded and returned them without the manual.  The manual can be found here:  https://

    Right  side aid control switch is broken.  Otherwise fully functional.   If you don’t need the switch to control functions like volume, they will work fine for you.  You can also control with a streamer device if you have one.
    With custom ear molds.  These may fit your ears or not.   Your audiologist can help you decide how to deal with the receivers, maybe switch to domes over molds.
