Blue Mountain Pottery Poodle Dog Figurine - Green Glaze

Description

This is a beautiful Blue Mountain Poodle figurine, measuring 7.5" tall and approximately 5.5" long.  Glaze is a lovely blue/green over black over clay pottery.  There are no chips, scratches or crazing on the piece.
Blue Mountain Pottery (BMP) pieces are becoming increasingly rare.  The pottery was made from local clay and fired at a high gloss.  The Collingwood, Ontario plant has been closed for over 10 years so the pieces are fast become collector's items.
I received this piece as a gift from relatives visiting from Ontario over 20 years ago.  It has sat in a display case since then
